Every driver is reviewed by someone inside your community — not by an algorithm. Membership flows through people you already know, so the platform cannot route you with a stranger.
Sustainable
A shared ride splits the cost of fuel and parking and is one less car at the gate. HALO measures CO₂ saved per ride and rolls it up into a number your community can be proud of.

Today, your community admin vouches for drivers based on the trust you have already built — driver onboarding is by their invitation. Document-based verification (encrypted licence + insurance upload, visible only to your community admin) is in active development.

You run a school, a club, a neighbourhood group. HALO lets you offer safer rides to your community without becoming a transport company.

Bring HALO to your community
Tell us about your community — a school, sports club, neighbourhood group, faith community, or camp. We provision your community on HALO and grant you the admin role.
Share your join code
Share the code with parents and drivers. They join HALO inside your community — never with strangers, never via a public open feed.
Approve drivers and parents
Drivers upload licence and insurance. Parents register children with verifiable consent. You review and approve — the verified badge only appears on profiles you have personally signed off.

Install HALO on iOS or Android when available, or open the web app at community.halorides.app today. Join with the code your school, club, or neighbourhood shares.
Verify consent for each child
Add each child to your account through a double opt-in email confirmation. The consent record (policy version, timestamp, method) is preserved while the account is active.
Find rides that already pass you
Tell HALO where your child needs to go and when. We match you with verified drivers inside your community whose route already passes you.
